Flo-Joe's "FCE EXAM SUCCESS Newsletter"

Your email address is already in our database and you should be receiving our weekly newsletter. If you haven't received the "FCE EXAM SUCCESS" newsletter and you have email from Hotmail/MSN, Yahoo, AOL and other free email providers, then your copies of the "FCE EXAM SUCCESS" newsletter may have been a) blocked or b) diverted to your spam/junk/bulk email folder. (Spam filters are very useful but occasionally genuine emails such as our newsletter get filtered out!)

Here are some tips that may help if you are not receiving the weekly newsletter:

AOL USERS:

With AOL, you have to permit mail or your newsletter issue may be placed in the bulk or unknown sender list. Please add subscribe (AT) flo-joe.co.uk to your "people I know" list to make sure you receive every issue of this newsletter.

HOTMAIL/MSN USERS:

Two suggestions to try and ensure you never miss an issue:

1. Click on Options, then Junk Email Protection, then Mailing Lists. Add subscribe (AT) flo-joe.co.uk to allow our newsletter.

2. Click on Options, then Junk Email Protection, then Safe List. Add the domain flo-joe.co.uk to your Safe List. However, Hotmail/MSN sometimes deletes messages before they even get to you, so you may be advised to open an email account with a different provider if you are still not receiving the newsletter.

YAHOO USERS:

With Yahoo mail, the newsletters may end up in the bulk folder. If this happens, simply open the email, click "Not Spam," and all future newsletters will go to our inbox.

OTHERS FREE MAIL PROVIDERS:

Please check your spam/junk/bulk folder periodically to see if our newsletter has been placed in there by mistake, and if possible follow the instructions to allow our newsletter to be directed to your Inbox.
