About Part 4 Gapped sentences
You will be given 5 questions each containing three separate sentences with a gapped word in each. You have to supply one word which is appropriate in all three sentences. In the exam you transfer your answer to a special answer sheet. Part 4 tests your knowledge of vocabulary.

Features of grammar, vocabulary and punctuation in the surrounding context will give clues. Don't leave the answer sheet blank for any question. If you don't know the correct answer you should always make a guess.
