Trade tests

Simple attainment tests are usually possible in most jobs. A/An (1) .... for a secretarial position would be asked to (2) .... a typing and/or shorthand test, or be given an audio tape to transcribe. Similarly, an electrician could be asked to go over a circuit diagram or answer a few questions on apparatus used in the working routine. Psychometric tests
