Flo-Joe was established in 2000 to provide high-quality and up-to-date learning materials for teachers and learners preparing for the following Cambridge ESOL exams: FCE and CAE. In June 2002 we introduced a new resources area for the revised CPE. All our freely-available resources can be accessed from the main Flo-Joe website.

In March 2003 the Flo-Joe website was awarded an ELT Innovation Award by the British Council in recognition of the fact that we are a top UK provider of English Language services.

This mini-site has been set up to give details about our new Exam Success Plus series for institutions.

In July 2002 we introduced a subscription-based service which provided an extension to the freely-available resources on the main Flo-Joe website. Exam Success Plus was a weekly module of study that would offer the learner regular training and help maintain their level of motivation for success.

Exam Success Plus became available at three levels, for students who are planning to take or studying at the level of the following examinations:

• First Certificate in English (FCE)
• Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
• Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)

Since its launch the Exam Success Plus series has been extremely well received. Customers in over 30 countries have signed up for at least one level of Exam Success Plus, including learners from the following Top 10 countries:
UK, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Germany, Japan, Italy, Brazil, Greece and Argentina.
