2007
Flo-Joe
uses the latest security protection offered by Mastercard
and Visa. Visa's protection is called ‘Verified by Visa’ and
MasterCard have called theirs ‘MasterCard SecureCode’. Together,
these are known as '3D Secure'.
Very
simply, 3D Secure allows you to create a password and a secret
phrase to be used when a payment is made online with your
credit card. Once you register, these details will be required
whenever an online purchase is made using your card.
If
your bank is participating in 3D Secure and you haven't yet
registered, you will be offered the chance to do this when
you make a payment. You can either sign up for 3D Secure,
or decide not to sign up and proceed with your purchase as
normal. However, your card issuer may only allow you to avoid
registering a few times before making you sign up to 3D Secure.
The
payment process
1)
After you have entered your name, address and email on the
Flo-Joe website you are transferred to the SECURETRADING website
where you add your credit card details.
2)
SECURETRADING checks to see if your card is enrolled in the
3D Secure scheme. If your bank in not yet participating in
3D Secure your payment will be processed without a 3D Secure
check and - if successful - you will be able to create an
account for Exam Success Plus. If your bank is participating
and you have already registered, you are redirected to your
bank's secure website where you enter your 3D Secure password.
If successful, the payment is then taken as normal and you
are able to create an account for Exam Success Plus.
Problems
paying?
If
your order is unsuccessful this may be because you are using
a credit or debit card we do not accept or your card has expired.
Please try again, perhaps with a different card.

Paying
by Postal Order or Cheque
If
you're a UK resident and/or have a sterling bank account then
you can also pay by postal order or personal cheque. If you're
ordering outside the UK your bank will be able to issue a
sterling cheque, but the bank charges may be costly so please
check first. Please do not send cash under any circumstances.

What
happens next?
1. We email you to give instructions about how to create your
account online.
2. You choose a username and password and create your account.
3. We approve your account within 24 hours and notify you
by email.
4. You can now login and use your Exam Success Plus account!
